ROADWEEDS OF THE UPPER PENINSULA

A clumpy grass we usually see along sandy beach dunes.  Roads that pass through this kind of area sometimes have beach grass along the sandy shoulders.  More often, it is sold and transplanted to help stabilize blowing beaches.
